Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using our 3D printing on demand service (the “Service”) operated by Alemattix AB (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

  1. Description of Service

We provide a 3D printing service which allows you to submit digital designs which we convert into physical objects using 3D printing technology.

  1. User Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all digital designs you submit.

  1. Understanding of 3D Printing Technology

By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that you have a sufficient understanding of the capabilities and limitations of 3D printing technology. You recognize that 3D printed objects may not be perfectly smooth or seamless, and that the final product’s appearance and functionality largely depends on the optimization for manufacture of the design provided.

  1. Legal Compliance and Responsibility

By using our Service, you represent and warrant that the creation, distribution, and use of the 3D printed objects comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances in your and our jurisdiction, including, without limitation, laws related to copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets. You affirm that the digital files provided do not infringe upon the rights of others and are in compliance with all applicable licenses.

  1. Limitation of Liability

6.1 We are not responsible for parts breaking as a result of their design. Our Service depends on the quality and design accuracy of the 3D models you provide us with. We do not verify the structural integrity, feasibility, or functionality of the designs you submit.

6.2 We are not responsible for the finished product not fitting your requirements as a result of inaccurate design. It is your responsibility to ensure that the design you submit is accurate and correct to your specifications including the necessary tolerances required when using 3D printing processes.

  1. Refunds and Returns

All sales are final. Given the custom nature of the products, we do not offer refunds or returns. Once a design is submitted and the printing process has begun, we cannot cancel the order or offer a refund.

  1. Confidentiality

All digital designs submitted by you will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without your express consent. Our employees have signed confidentiality agreements and will not use your designs for any purpose other than for the provision of our Service.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Alemattix AB and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

  1. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.

  1. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
